From my first contact, you and your staff were polite and professional. You were the fourth lawyer in Texas whom I contacted to help appeal the negative finding on Carlos's Credible Fear interview. The first lawyer I contacted said that the entire case would have to be processed in Texas. Another lawyer required me to complete a form for review and did not respond quickly. The third lawyer's receptionist was rude to me, and the lawyer did not return my call. However, when I called your office, your staff was courteous, and I had the opportunity to speak directly with you within half an hour. You listened patiently to my story and told me what would be possible in my husband's case.
